Named the world’s only private underwater dining experience, "Immerse… Latitude 4°" is situated in tropical waters just 4° from the equator. The restaurant joins Huvafen Fushi’s iconic spa, as the second underwater facility in the island.
At Immerse… Latitude 4, a romantic table is positioned with uninterrupted views of marine life. While the abundance and diversity of Huvafen Fushi’s marine life is admirable at any time of day, it is after dark that the reef dramatically reveals itself as a vivacious landscape of nocturnal predators on the hunt, of bioluminescent plankton sparking ‘fire in the ocean’, and of beautiful corals fluorescing under the gaze of UV torches.
You and your loved one enjoy a fully customizable menu individually tailored to culinary preferences in an intimate and awe-inspiring setting. The executive chef will consult with you in advance to design an individually tailored gastronomic journey perfectly attuned to your tastes. Meanwhile, the resort’s resident sommelier will also be on hand to present wine pairing recommendations to accompany each chosen dish.
The Vinum
Speaking of wines, Huvafen Fushi also boasts a stunning underwater wine cellar. The Vinum is inspired by the Ocean Landscape beneath the intimate Dark Wood Pavilion and Al Fresco Deck. Home to over 5000 bottles and over 400 labels from around the world, Vinum holds one of the biggest wine collections in the Indian Ocean. Here, daily wine and cheese tastings take place. You are served degustation menus and 6 course gourmet dinners - all in an enthralling space under suspended art installations.
